Samantha Testa

Samantha joined Emerald Park Capital in 2020 and is currently a Senior Associate at the firm’s Philadelphia Office.

She assists the team with performing due diligence and valuation procedures for potential investments. She also assists with monitoring and valuing the Fund’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining EPC, Samantha worked for EY performing audit and advisory services for financial services companies. She assisted her clients with their annual and quarterly financial results and worked on several initial and secondary offerings.

Samantha has a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University with majors in Accounting and Finance. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Pennsylvania, a Chartered Financial Analyst® Charterholder, and a FINRA registered representative (Series 79 and 63).
